Delirium Monitor - Business Model

Fourmore performed a stakeholder analyses and market vs. product analysis for the Delirium Monitor from Pontes Medical, called DeliCare 1.0. DeliCare 1.0 is a holistic business strategy for the markets nursing home, short stay home, and GP-rehabilitation, home care and assisted living. Main elements were workflow, stakeholders and product demands which were analyzed for the Dutch and Swedish context separately.

Wonderwall - Prototype for new OR-screen

Fourmore developed an advanced prototype for new operating screens by thinking out of the box and taking the following aspects into account:

E-safety program

Fourmore researched current best practices in Europe with regard to e-safety and safe internet use with vulnerable groups to inform a draft policy was created and a handbook to support implementation. This included set-up collaborations with universities, workshops and an incident monitoring system.

Smartphone application

Fourmore developed a smartphone application, which helps autistic children to express their emotions towards their care takers (Pluryn staff) and parents by means of selfies. This communication of emotions supports taking appropriate actions based on the children’s individual care plan.

Gendered reactions

Fouremore developed a webapplication which allows visitors, scientific or lay, to search for drugs and inspect the variations of symptoms between males and females. The data for the drugs and their adverse reactions is attained through the Food and Drug Agency’s (FDA) public access database.

Fourmore developed a campaign to raise awareness for the Center for Gender Medicine within and outside the Karolinska campus. This campaign includes written articles, online research paper with data from 13 countries, video interviews and promotional material.
